This is the kind of extortion this company is participating in.
Mike Berry, this gym's VP, refused to produce cancellation papers for me to sign on 5/10/2013. Since then I've received 30+ phone calls. They claim I'm still a member.
Stopped as we were passing through the area. Owner was very nice- very welcoming to guests and made us feel like we'd been coming there for years. I would totally recommend this Anytime Fitness. Customer service is top-notch, something that is hard to come by at our home gym (or 24 hour gyms in general).

My fee was supposed to be $29.99/month. but they claim now (7/28/2013) that I owe them $98.48 since 5/10. and they want to add to that on 7/30.
I have sent written notice of my cancellation on July 3rd which apparently has not been acknowledged.
