One of the good old fashioned hardware stores left around. Stock a bit of everything and someone on staff has the knowledge to walk you through virtually any project.
Staff was very helpful helping me with a plumbing situation. I didn't catch his name but he stopped what he was doing and immediately dedicated his self to my problem. Very cool.
So tonight I walked in to get some keys made. 'Chris' aka the teenager with a bad attitude was the cashier. I walked in and said hello, he gave me a dirty look. At the end when I was checking out, I said thank you, no response, said have a nice night, also no response. Completely unfriendly and not what I'd expect from Ace. Went from a four star review down to a one star. I reckon I'll go ahead and go elsewhere for things I need that I'd normally have gone to Ace for.
Great place. Well stocked.
They have a decent variety of tools and household items. A bit overpriced but more convenient than competitors.
